Where strength takes shape and inner light shines

Welcome to Solana Sculpt, Plainville's destination for transformative Mat Pilates. Inspired by the sun (Solana), we are the place where strength takes shape and inner light shines.

Solana Sculpt was born from a deep love for movement and the belief that everyone deserves a space to grow into their strongest, best selves. We are a woman-owned business and proudly welcome all people, from every background and experience level, to join our community.

Our mission

Group of five young women dressed in gray sweatshirts and black pants, all smiling and interacting at a fitness or exercise class in a room with a beige wall. They have exercise balls and hoops, with some sitting and others standing.

Class Types

A woman in workout clothing lying on her side, with the word 'rise' in red text, and a description of a Pilates class focused on core engagement, strength, and flexibility.
A woman in athletic wear performing a stretching pose with one foot raised and hands on the ground. Overlaid text reads 'Ignite' and describes a hybrid class combining high-intensity cardio and classical Pilates principles.
A woman lying on an orange mat, holding pink dumbbells with arms extended upwards, promoting a fitness session that combines classic movements with modern resistance training to enhance muscle tone, mass, and endurance.
  • Pilates focuses on controlled movements that build core strength, alignment, and stability. Yoga emphasizes flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through poses and breathwork. Both complement each other beautifully.

  • Not at all! Pilates is designed for all levels. Our instructors provide modifications and adjustments to meet you where you are — whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced mover.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows movement. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene. We provide mats, equipment, and props. No need to bring anything else but yourself and some water!

  • With consistent practice (2–3 times per week), many people notice improved posture, strength, and flexibility within 3–4 weeks.

  • Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props, while Reformer Pilates incorporates a spring-based machine for resistance training. Both build strength and stability in different ways.

  • We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class credit deduction or a fee depending on your membership type.

  • To ensure a seamless and focused experience for everyone, we kindly enforce a 3-minute grace period. The door locks and shade closes exactly 3 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be admitted and will be marked as a cancellation. Thank you for helping us keep the flow!
