Solana Sculpt — Terms of Service

Plainville, CT Effective Date: July, 2026

Welcome to Solana Sculpt. By booking a class, purchasing a membership or class package, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Class Bookings & Cancellations

All classes require advance booking through our scheduling system. Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a penalty. Late cancellations or failure to attend a booked class (“no-show”) may result in the loss of the class or class credit, or a fee, depending on the terms of your membership.

2. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 3 minutes after a class begins will not be permitted to join for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting other participants. Late arrivals that result in denied entry are treated as a no-show under Section 1.

3. Memberships & Packages

Monthly memberships renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Class packages are valid for the period stated at time of purchase and unused credits expire at the end of that period; expired credits are not refundable or extendable except at the studio’s discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or membership renewal. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. A valid card must be kept on file for membership and package holders. Declined payments may result in suspension of booking privileges until resolved.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for missed classes, unused package credits, or partial membership periods, except where required by law or granted at the studio’s sole discretion.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Pilates and related fitness activities involve physical exertion and carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any class or activity at Solana Sculpt, you affirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation, or that you have consulted a physician and been cleared to participate. You are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions before class begins, and for modifying or stopping any movement that causes pain or discomfort. You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or loss arising from your participation in any class, workshop, or use of studio equipment or facilities.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Solana Sculpt, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in classes or use of the facility, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Studio Conduct & Property

Clients are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow clients with respect. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Clients may be asked to leave, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others.

9. Photography & Media

Solana Sculpt may occasionally photograph or film group classes for promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be included should notify staff in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

Solana Sculpt may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
